Pure Plushy

The pure plushy's design covers the whole thing! This means, no white parts along the edges. The image that you choose will be printed on the front and back of your plushy. For an example, scroll to the bottom of the page.

When it comes to uploading your images, there are no rules.

However, we do have some suggestions to make sure that you're satisifed with your purchase.

1. Understand the quality of the image you're uploading and don't expect us to magically improve it.
2. Make sure there's a clear outline of what you want to turn into a plush so our software can work its magic.
3. Be creative and make sure you choose the right image!

All of our plushies are crafted free from harmful chemicals and designed to be safe for all ages. The outer layer is made from premium Dutch velvet, known for its softness and durability, while the filling is made from 100% organic cotton for the perfect balance of soft, safe, and cozy.

Shipping

Because of the time it takes to produce each plushy and the amount of orders we receive every day, it can take 3-5 days for us to fully process your order. Please allow 7-14 days after placing your order to receive it. A customer once emailed us and said that she was happy her order took so long to arrive because when she saw it on her porch, she had forgotten what she even ordered! She said it was a very funny and unexpected package to open. To add onto that, we don't attatch any tracking numbers anymore. Now it's double the fun!

Returns

We don't offer returns, but we do accept refunds. To qualify for a refund, your plushy must have arrived defective, damaged, or you were sent the wrong item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Make sure to contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
